Sister Chambray Cribbs Chile, Santiago South Mission

JULY 19, 2017 Hello everyone! How is everything going this summer in the heat?? I heard that it is like boiling in Las Vegas with a huge heat wave! Well here in Chile the WEATHER IS CRAZY!!! We are freezing one day and the next it is warm and with a lot of sun! But one day this week it actaully snowed!!!!! It is the first time that it has snowed in Santiago in over 40 years!!! It was great!!!!! The people were jsut stunned and didnt know what to do with themselves! It was soo funny! They looked at us and they aksed us if it is like this in our house... I am from Vegas and Hermana Rand is from Arizona so we were both like... Nope! LOL! It was pretty awesome though! The work is going great!  We are always working to find new people to teach! We actually had a funny story happen to use last night! So on Monday I was on divisions with a Sister and I was leading my sector for the first time after only being here for 2 weeks. JULY 12, 2017   Hello everyone!  I don´t have a long time to write and not much to say! This week was great and I am getting used to being the Hermana Leader! It is really fun and I am really seeing that the Hermanas have a lot of problems! LOL it is hard and I feel like we really are there for moral support and just being the drama settlers! It makes things interesting I am loving my new ward and the people in the ward. It is different from my other areas that I have been and I love it. The Southern part is a little more sketchy but the people seem more open here. Maybe it is because they are more humble here in San Bernardo. It is great and there is a lot of work to do!  Okay, so today we had the celebration of our one year here in the mission! We were invited to President´s House and we had lunch with them, we shared a mini testimony meeting of what we have learned this past year. It was really spiritual and a great time with my group.
