JANUARY 5, 2017   Hello Family and Friends!  I hope that you all had the best Christmas and new Year. I cannot believe that we are now in 2017. Time is flying way to fast! It makes my heart race and I get all nervous when I really think about it! This week was great! We had dinner for New Years Eve with a family here in the ward and we had so much fun. But... the greatest thing about this week is that we were able to meet with our sweet investigator Catalina and confirm her baptism!! She is getting baptized on   Saturday January 7 !!!! We are so excited and so it she! I know that she is ready and I couldn't be more happy for her! What a great way to start off the New Year!  With this is mind, I hope that this year is the best year for everyone! I know that I am going to have a great one here in the mission... and I am pretty sure all of my friends will too because most of them are getting engaged or married... DECEMBER 28, 2016 This week was crazy!!! All we did all week was activities for Christmas and got ready for the big day. I was able to Skype with my sweet family! My mom is looking great and my siblings are huge and of course my dad is still cracking jokes! It was the best but also shortest hour and a half of my life!! But all is well and I feel so much better now that I was able to see the beautiful faces of my family. Christmas here was filled with love and the Spirit, just the way it should be! I really don't have much to write but I will send a lot of pictures!!  Love you all!   Hermana Cribbs

DECEMBER 21, 2016   Hello my dearest family and friends,       This week was insane!!!! I said goodbye to my companion, Hermana Ibañez. She went home to Argentina and saying goodbye to her was one of the hardest things I have had to do here in the mission! She had more charity than anyone I have ever met. She was an angel for me and I learned so much from here. I just feel lucky h}to have been her companion and her friend. BUUUUUT that means I got a new companion named Hermana Oliveira! She is from Brazil and just the cutest. Actually we lived together when I first came to the mission and so we are already friends. I am really happy with her and am excited to work with her in our sector. I am still in my first ward and probably will be for 4 more weeks. I am happy where I am but at the same time I am ready to see and experience new things.       This week we had some powerful lessons. In all of them we just shared our testimonies of the Savior. We taught a lesson about Christma

The One with all the Goodbyes!

Soo we have been saying a lot of goodbyes to everyone! It has been kind of rough for me because I only have 5 months in the mission..... LOL. But at the same time it makes me realize that I am so lucky to still have time in the mission! I love the mission and don't want to leave so I am happy here.   So this week we had so much happen. These past two weeks we have pretty much just done contacting and trying to find new people, haven't had too much luck, but thats ok, in the Lord´s time. But we have had so many funny experiences! One day we were looking for a lady who we had talked to a few weeks past and we decided to look for her again. When we got to the house she and her mom we outside. Her mom was pretty scary and came right up to my face and asked me what I believed in. I told her that we believe in our Savior Jesus
