The One with General Conference!

HEY everyone! I hope that all is well and you were all able to listen to the amazing General Conference that we had this past weekend! It was a time to really feel the Spirit and receive revelation that we need! I was able to have some questions answered personally during this wonderful conference where we could hear the words of the Apostals of the Lord! I felt the Spirit so strongly and know that God was directing the meeting!

The entire Conference I heard many things that are stuck in my mind and have really touched my heart, but I would like to focus on only one of those things, which is the importance of the Book f Mormon. We all know that Prophet Monson in the last Confernce asked us all to read and study the Book of Mormon every day. Well, I know that I took this commandment (because it came from God) very seriously.  I have seen the biggest changes in my life and only for the better since I have started to really search the BOM and apply its teachings in my life. It has the answers to all the questions in the world and has the fullness of the everlasting Gospel. WHAT MORE COULD WE NEED?! As a missionary I have been able to develop a very deep and strong love for the BOM and it has changed my life! I an forever grateful for this book and the ability it has to make one even closer to their Savior. IT is the most correct book in the world there is not another one like it. I encourage all of you to read, stufy, and ponder this book. Do so and you will have all the blessings that God has for you. It will bring you pure happiness and joy in your life and then help you want to share it with others, bringing them the same joy. Here in the mission I LOVE sharing and bearing testiony of this powerful book, because I KNOW that it is the word of God and it is written for our days. It is the link between us and God. It is the way to knwledge, love, and happiness..... so READ THE BOOK OF MORMON!

FEBRUARY 8, 2017 These are family home evenings with some of my favorite families in our ward and also with a new convert that we have! His name is Christian and he was baptized just a week before I came to the sector! He is a miracle and such a faithful member! He is one of the coolest people I have ever met! The One with Being Bold! 11-8-17

NOVEMBER 8, 2017 Hello friends and family how are you all doing this week! I am doing great here in the mission Chile Santiago South This week was a week full of conferences. We had one as the South part of the mission and then we had a huge one as a whole mission and the West mission. It was crazy! While we were there I realized how tiny our mission is and how few of us there really are. The West mission has many many missionaries and we are just so few, but we are the best! The west mission were all serious and our mission was a fun and excited! We are like a big, happy family! We had a special visit from Elder Christensen and his wife from the 70. They gave some powerful and uplifting talks! Something that stood out to me was a quote by Elder Christensen that said BE BOLD! I love this so much! It is soooo important to be bold in all that we do as missionaries! It is vital to share the Gospel and our Testimonies with Boldness! But not just missionaries with nametags all members need...

THE ONE WHERE I AM TRAINING!! 3/01

MARCH 1, 2017 Yup, so this week we had changes and I have been called to be a trainer! My daughter (companion but in the mission I am her mom and she is my daughter) is brand new! She has 2 dyas now in Chile and she is from Brasil! I also have to teach her Spanish. I know she will learn fast with the Gift of Tongues and with living here in Chile so I have no worries. She already speaks SO much more than I did when I came to Chile so we will be fine! She is from the south part of Brasil so her accent is very very strong! BUT we live with 2 other Hermanas also from Brasil sooo I have learned to understand what she is saying because I am used to the accent. I am living with 3 Brasilians and the two Elders in my ward are Brasilian too... looks like I am going to be learning some Portuguese!!
