The One With Nothing to Write





 JULY 26, 2017
Hello everyone, I dont have much to write this week because it has been kind of an uneventful week! We are working hard in our sector to find new people to teach, we are struggling a little bit but that is okay because we just work harder to find them. One thins that makes it hard is that our mission is FILLED with less active members. We have more Less Actives in Chile than any other country in Latino America... so it makes it a little rough... everyday we are contacting and looking for people to teach and we talk to at least one new less active member a day! We are doing some reactivation work though so that is good!
We do have one investigator named Renata who is progressing at a rapid pace! She is 20 years old and like our best friend! She came to lunch with us on Sunday and was with us all day long! She is getting baptied this coming month and she is so excited, almost as much as we are! She is the cutest little thing and I just love her so much! We were able to go to the temple today as a zone and we had a great time. It has been a while since I have gone to the temple so it was a definite spiritual upliftment! Then we went to Carls Junior agterwards with like a huge group of missioanries!  
Well like I said, there is not much else to wirte LOL. I am sorry about that, I wil do better next time! I love you all so much!! I will send lots of pictures!

OCTOBER 18, 2017 Hello family and friends! I hope all is well and that you all had a great week and that everyone is getting ready for Halloween! This week here in Chile was a little crazy but full of learning and growing opportunities. To start out  the week we got a call from our Bishop at 6 in the morning informing us of the saddest news. A recent convert in our ward that we have been teaching lost her husband this week from a brain aneurysm. It was a rapid and uncontrollable loss.  This family has had more trials that anyone I have ever met. They have a one year old baby who had a tumor on the back on her neck and head that was the same size as her head. Part of her brain was inside of this ball, so the surges were sooo hard to do! The first one was to just split her skull open to make room, then another operation to push her brain inside her head, then had another emergency one because the blood wasnt flowing right. The One with Being Bold! 11-8-17

NOVEMBER 8, 2017 Hello friends and family how are you all doing this week! I am doing great here in the mission Chile Santiago South This week was a week full of conferences. We had one as the South part of the mission and then we had a huge one as a whole mission and the West mission. It was crazy! While we were there I realized how tiny our mission is and how few of us there really are. The West mission has many many missionaries and we are just so few, but we are the best! The west mission were all serious and our mission was a fun and excited! We are like a big, happy family! We had a special visit from Elder Christensen and his wife from the 70. They gave some powerful and uplifting talks! Something that stood out to me was a quote by Elder Christensen that said BE BOLD! I love this so much! It is soooo important to be bold in all that we do as missionaries! It is vital to share the Gospel and our Testimonies with Boldness! But not just missionaries with nametags all members need

The One with "Being Where My Feet Are"

FEBRUARY 8, 2017 These are family home evenings with some of my favorite families in our ward and also with a new convert that we have! His name is Christian and he was baptized just a week before I came to the sector! He is a miracle and such a faithful member! He is one of the coolest people I have ever met! HELLO EVERYONE!!!  Okay so this week was a great one! Honestly never really had a bad one because I am just radiating with happiness! Buuuut this week was BAKAN! We did a lot of searching for people but also had some really powerful and uplifting moments with investigadores. We met on lady named Rosa and she was outside her house painting. I told Hermana Knechtel that we should go ask if she needed help. SHe told us no and turned her back to us as if she didn't want to talk. I thought... you are not getting away that easy...
